Free Motion Quilting
I'm really enjoying the Leah Day class at Craftsy.com. I also now see how I could have made quilting the pig quilt easier. I have slogged through this quilt I started in the early 1900's and can't wait to try a quilt Leah's way. She boxes in her quilt blocks before starting the free motion playing bit.
Pig Quilt (circa 1902):
Wool
For my wooly projects, I am participating in the Sue Spargo Block of the Month. Apparently, the sheep are getting smart and are avoiding the shepherds. I say this, because the mail out of supplies has been delayed!
Also, I plan to finish my project from last year's retreat with S. Spargo.
Edyta Sitar Book
For Christmas I got 2 Edyta Sitar books. Well actually, I bought all my presents this year because my husband was scheduled for so many medical treatments. Since "he" was nice enough to get me these books, I plan to make a quilt from one.
So that scratches the surface of all the big quilting plans. Sew like no one is watching!

Love love love both of these quilts.
Can't wait to see what comes from those books.
